But our work doesn’t stop with brands. As a creative studio with an artistic practice, we also collaborate with a host of cultural organisations & spaces, and partner with other artists to create works that transcend the commercial sphere. Previous names include: Valentino, Printworks, McLaren, Burning Man, DAZED, Nike and DKNY.
About the Client Services Director Role
This individual will bring a wealth of experience and will be pivotal in driving the growth of our company, leveraging their exceptional communication skills, creative flair, and strong initiative. The ideal candidate is not just a people person with a talent for nurturing relationships but also a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. They should be ambitious and passionate, possessing a solid work ethic and the self-motivation to just get on with it.
As the Client Services Director, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as the primary interface between our agency and our clients. Your role will be pivotal in selling new ideas and solutions, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing the agency's offerings.
This role calls for a proactive leader who can identify new opportunities, foresee future trends, and thrive in the company of our incredibly talented team of creatives, makers, and doers.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, shared insights, and industry events.
- Working alongside the internal studio team to create innovative solutions for both prospective and current clients.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the client portfolio and customise our services to their evolving needs.
- Independently develop strategies and proposals aimed at driving growth.
- Eventually you will be hiring your own team of Account and Project Managers and developing these team members accordingly.
- Leading and motivating the studio team through regular team meetings and agency stand ups.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Must have experience (preferably agency side) in professional client relationship management. You could already be a Client Services Director or a Group Account Director, Senior Account Director, or Client Partner ready to make that step up to Client Services Director level.
- A successful track record closing & delivering £100k+ projects to timeframe and within budget, especially within the design, creative, marketing, OOH agency, or creative studio sectors.
- Must have a background in Experiential Activations, OOH agency or Audio Visual based projects (or an interest in immersive technologies).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in analysing and interpreting sales performance metrics.
- Willingness to attend evening events and travel as required.

A competitive salary, starting from £70-75k, plus annual bonus structure.
