Check out this video below of Trevor McClary during an ice hockey game - now here is someone in the zone!** So satisfying to watch someone who knows their role, takes responsibility for their own performance and is absolutely focused on the mission. Possibly an unsustainable state** all the time but when its game-time, its game-time! Hope & Gratitude. Last week the Qurios team were fortunate enough to walk the stunning Three Capes Track in Tasmania with a group of amazing leaders from Australia and New Zealand on our 2023 Adventure Leadership Reset. We spent the time soaking up stunning scenery, getting present with country and exploring a diverse range of conversations around leadership & life. Once we’ve had the time to reflect, we’ll post some thoughts and video but for now, I just want to express my gratitude to an amazing group of people and my invigorated hope for our future - if this is the calibre of people we have leading our organisations and our community in the future, we have much to look forward to. Look forward to our 2024 trip already!
