Who allows trading at 4am?
Webull: Webull offers full extended hours – 4 am to 9:30 am and from 4 pm to 8 pm. Tastytrade: Tastytrade offers extended hours from 8 am to 9:30 am and from 4 pm to 8 pm. Ally Invest: Ally Invest offers extended hours from 8 am to 9:30 am and from 4 pm to 5 pm.
The Nasdaq and other major stock exchanges have steadily augmented their trading hours to provide investors with more time to buy and sell securities. Nasdaq's pre-market operations let investors start trading at 4 a.m. Eastern time.
To be sure, online trading platforms — including TD Ameritrade — let clients trade in the premarket session (4 a.m. ET to 9:30 a.m. ET) and after-hours (4 p.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET).
While hours can vary between brokerage firms, they can extend as early as 4 am and run until the opening bell rings at 9:30 am. After-hours trading occurs after the market closes and typically runs from 4 pm to 8 pm.

I am a full time stock market trader and my day typically starts from 8:00 AM. Before opening stock market I used to analyse my portfolio technically. After that I find technically strong stocks for trading, and from 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM I fully focused on my trading terminal.
Some traders follow something called the "10 a.m. rule." The stock market opens for trading at 9:30 a.m., and the time between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. often has significant trading volume. Traders that follow the 10 a.m. rule think a stock's price trajectory is relatively set for the day by the end of that half-hour.

Overnight trading is available 24 hours a day, every market day, by choosing an EXTO order type. EXTO orders expire at 8 p.m. ET each day. For example, an EXTO order placed at 2 a.m. ET Monday morning would be active immediately and remain active from then until 8 p.m. ET Monday night.
Can you buy stocks at 4am on Robinhood?
Market hours
Traditionally, the markets are open from 9:30 AM ET-4 PM ET during regular business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays). But with extended-hours trading and the Robinhood 24 Hour Market, you can execute trades from 8 PM ET Sunday until 8 PM ET Friday, with some restrictions.
In response to new technologies and increased demands (particularly global demands), the stock market began offering extended hours that now allow you to trade shares as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 6:30 p.m. — but there are fewer buyers and sellers at those times.
Investors are only able to engage in after-hours trading at brokerages that offer this capability, or through financial advisors who offer this type of expertise and access. While many online brokerages offer the service, you should read up on fees charged and the brokerage's rules for trading during these hours.

At Schwab, clients can place orders for after-market trading and execution between 4:05 and 8 p.m. ET. Commissions and settlement times are the same as for the regular session. There are, though, several differences between regular session trading and after-hours trading.
How to trade in pre-market and after-market hours. The procedure is quite similar to trading during regular hours. Simply log into your online brokerage account and select the stock, or stocks, that you wish to trade. The key difference is that instead of placing a market order, you will have to place a limit order.
The 11 am rule suggests that if a market makes a new intraday high for the day between 11:15 am and 11:30 am EST, then it's said to be very likely that the market will end the day near its high.
In short, the 3-day rule dictates that following a substantial drop in a stock's share price — typically high single digits or more in terms of percent change — investors should wait 3 days to buy.

In case you didn't know, options market hours run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Since the option's value is derived from the underlying stock's price, there's no reason for options to continue trading once the underlying stops trading. So, there is no after-hours options trading.
Generally, only listed stocks can be traded in the pre-market session. Not all stocks, though. Stocks such as those that have a limited float or are not widely held, or small-cap stocks, may not have sufficient volumes to make pre-market trading a viable proposition. Options cannot be traded in the pre-market session.
