Anytime I have to call Comcast I prepare myself for a frustrating experience where I get bounced around for at least 30 minutes. Today I called and problem was solved in 4 minutes and 18 seconds, and I only had to speak to one person. It’s a miracle.

@KLGLASS2 Straight up Comcast. They over charge every month and I just pay what I originally agreed to. I think it’s time for Comcast to have a come to Jesus moment. We have some bargaining power. They won’t have any new programming cuz actors are in lock down, no new sports programs.

No point in having WiFi if it times out every hour @Xfinity. Got a new modem and uped our speeds and we are having more problems then we did before. Its not my account so don’t send your bots to treble shoot just want y’all to know your internet trash. Thx

@rockstar_ It is (sadly) Comcast.But it's not their Modem. I bought a Netgear DOCSIS modem so I wouldn't have to pay them modem rent (and so I could segment the gateway functionality from the rest of my network hardware). It absolutely doesn't do Wifi.

Love wasting my time begging @Xfinity to take the $220 unreturned equipment fee off our bill. Our house burned down in a wildfire. You know this. You said when we canceled there would be no charge. Why do I have to waste two hours on hold to argue with you idiots?!?

Cust Support is so much more important than people realize. Xfinity is spending a lot to reinvent themselves with cell plans, streaming hardware, etc. (great job getting out of dying cable) but I’ll never expand w them bc their support sucks

There's a trend with companies for support requests that wants you to talk about it with a reddit/forum community instead of talking to professionals. Comcast does this, Microsoft does this. Stop that. Having a community does not replace the need for dedicated support.

@TribTomWharton @Xfinity Comcast customer service was so bad it convinced me to dump cable altogether. And that worked out pretty good.
